Nashua Eye is taking important measures for the health our patients, staff, and community.
Please note during this time we do not have evening hours. Saturday hours are in Nashua only.
With the guidance of the CDC, state and local health agencies, we are currently seeing patients and performing surgeries on a limited basis. If you have a temperature or flu-like symptoms, please call your doctor prior to your appointment. All individuals are expected to wear a mouth and nose face covering when in the office. We ask patients to limit accompanying individuals at the office. We are taking special measures to limit the number of people at the office. Additionally, our employees are wearing mask and gloves, and carefully disinfecting surfaces and instuments between patients.
Our Milford and Hudson office locations are open and applying the same public health measures. Please do not hesitate to call with questions or concerns.
With the spread of the COVID-19, we are asking our patients to take the following precautions.
- If you have flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath AND have traveled out of the country in the last 14 days, OR have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you first contact your primary care physician for further instructions
- If you do not have flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, BUT have traveled outside the country OR been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date, for non-emergent eye conditions
- If you have flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, we ask that you seek care with your primary care physician and reschedule your appointment until you are feeling better, for non-emergent eye conditions
- If you have an urgent or emergent eye or vision problem and answered yes to any of the above, please call our office for further direction on setting up your appointment.
We will continue to monitor guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and state and local health agencies, as it relates to COVID-19. Our practice is currently taking steps to reduce the exposure to COVID-19 by implementing protocols to pre-screen patients, increasing awareness for employees and providers on their health, and continuing our internal infection controls. During your visit you may be asked several times if you have symptoms or have traveled recently. Please be aware this is to protect you and our community, and we ask for your patience as we continue to provide excellent patient care.
