Crystalens for Cataracts
The Crystalens is a cataract implant that is accommodative. This unique feature provides after-cataract patients with clear distance vision without glasses, as well as a range of near vision without reading glasses.The implant best approximates the visual acuity and funtion of the young eye.

Patient Forms
For convenience, patient information forms are available for patients to download. These forms can be downloaded, printed, completed, and brought to an appointment. These forms can also be provided at the office. However, they are offered on-line to make visits at Nashua Eye more efficient. Only first time patients need complete these forms.
